A delicious fish roll can be prepared easily and with pleasure at home. You can try the following recipes:
Ingredients:
•4-6 fish fillets (any white fish)
•1 cup all-purpose flour
•1 tsp. salt
•1 tsp. black pepper
•1 tsp. paprika
•1 tsp. garlic powder
•1 tsp. onion powder
•1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper (optional)
•2 eggs
•1/4 cup milk
•2 cups breadcrumbs
•Oil for frying
Instructions:
1. Wash and dry the fish fillets with paper towels.
2. Mix flour, cayenne pepper, paprika, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder and black pepper (if using) in a bowl.
3. In a separate bowl, mix the milk and eggs.
4. Cover the plate with a breadcrumb.
5. Shake off excess flour before dipping each fish fillet into the mixture. Then, after dipping in the egg mixture, spread with breadcrumbs.
6. Heat oil in a pan over medium-high heat. When the oil is hot, add the fish fillets and fry for 3 minutes on each side or until they are golden brown and well cooked.
7. Remove the fish from the pan with a spoon and place on a plate lined with paper towels to drain the excess oil.
8. Serve your delicious homemade fish fry after serving with your favorite side dishes.
Note: You can change the spices according to your taste. Also, to prevent the fish from getting too fat, make sure the oil is heated enough before adding the fish.
