A filling and easy recipe that can be served for lunch or dinner is chicken burritos. Fresh ingredients like avocado, tomato, and cilantro are blended with tender, spiced chicken in a toasty tortilla.

To prepare chicken burritos, you will need the following ingredients:

One pound of skinless, boneless chicken breasts, together with one tablespoon of olive oil, one teaspoon of cumin, and one teaspoon each of chile, garlic, and onion powders; pepper and salt to taste; a single can of washed and drained black beans; four big tortillas, one cup of salsa, and one cup of shredded cheddar cheese; Sour cream, chopped cilantro, sliced avocado, and tomato are optional garnishes.

Instructions:

1. Heat the oven to 375 degrees.

2. Warm up the olive oil in a sizable skillet over medium-high heat. Salt, pepper, chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, and onion powder are used to season the chicken. The chicken should be fully cooked after 6 to 8 minutes.

3. After removing the chicken from the pan, shred it with two forks.

4. Place black beans and salsa in the same skillet. Sauté for 2 to 3 minutes, or until well cooked.

5. On a sizable baking sheet, top each tortilla with the black bean mixture, shredded cheese, and shredded chicken.

6. After tightly rolling each tortilla, place it seam-side down on the baking sheet.

7. After 10 to 12 minutes of baking, the tortillas ought to be crispy and the cheese should be melted.

8. Top with sour cream, chopped cilantro, diced avocado, and/or diced tomato as desired.
