•2 large potatoes, peeled and cubed
•1 small cauliflower, cut into small florets
•1 onion, chopped
•2 cloves garlic, minced
•1-inch ginger, grated
•2 tomatoes, chopped
•2 green chilies, chopped
•1 tsp cumin seeds
•1 tsp turmeric powder
•1 tsp coriander powder
•1 tsp garam masala
•Salt, to taste
•2 tbsp oil
•Fresh cilantro, chopped, for garnish

Instructions:

1. Add oil to the pot at medium temperature. 
2. Watch the cumin seeds pop after adding. 
3. Add the onions and fry until translucent. 
4. Add ginger and garlic and cook for a minute. 
5. Add salt, turmeric, coriander, tomatoes, green chilli and garam masala powder. The tomatoes are combined and cooked until they are sticky. 
6. Add the sliced ​​potatoes, stirring well. Cook with the lid on for 5 minutes. 
7. Add the cauliflower florets and mix well. The vegetables should be cooked under the lid for another 10-15 minutes or until they are soft. 
8. Garnish with fresh cilantro and serve hot with rice or bread.
